Would you like to join our winter CSA?
Do you mourn the end of the farmers market season and spend the winter dreaming of the return of local veggies?
What if I told you that we are offering a winter CSA program so you can continue eating our local, organic, and delicious vegetables? Did you know that winter vegetables can actually be more flavorful then summer ones? The cold weather turns starches into sugar and next summer you may find yourself wishing away the sunshine so you can get back to the candy carrots of winter.

What’s in the box?
In the fall we’ll still have cool hardy crops like broccoli, peppers, bok choi, green onions, ginger and celery. As we move further into winter the box will be composed of vegetables that we’ve harvested and stored including carrots, beets, parsnips, radishes, turnips, onions, winter squash, potatoes, sweet potatoes, and garlic, as well as hardy greens from our hoop houses including spinach, lettuce, cabbage, kale, and swiss chard.
We don’t resell vegetables so the box will be seasonal and entirely from our farm.
Here are a few samples boxes:

The nice thing about winter veggies is that they store well. Get a friend to pick up for you where possible, otherwise pick up a double share upon your return.
