Farm Shares
We offer three veggie shares throughout Spring, Summer and Fall. Each one is customizable to meet the needs of your family. We use an online system called Harvie. Harvie helps you get the most out of your share, so you can eat seasonally and nourish yourself with healthy, fresh vegetables.
Each week’s share will be based on your preferences. For example: don’t like kohlrabi? You will never get it in your share! And each week you can further customize your share, order extras if you like, or schedule vacations.

Our Summer Farm Share comes in three different sizes, and can be ordered either weekly or bi-weekly to suit your needs.

You can register for 1 or all 3 seasons. Each week we will assemble your veggie share and deliver it to your pick-up location. The box will be packed with a balanced assortment of seasonal vegetables chosen by you!

Harvie is a software platform that helps Firmly Rooted meet our customers’ needs and customize orders for our members.
What to Expect
Once you sign up, you’ll get to set preferences to all the products we offer. This tells the algorithm what to give you every week. Don’t worry, you can change these at anytime!
Email Reminders
Prior to your delivery, you’ll receive the “It’s Time to Customize Your Share” email. You’ll have a window of time to make swaps, place a hold or reschedule your share, or purchase extras. If your share looks good you don’t have to do anything, just pick up as usual.
Flexible Payment Plans
Tired of remembering to make payments or can’t pay in full? Choose the payment plan at check out and your card will be charged automatically each time your share is delivered.

A fridge full of food but nothing for dinner? We’ve got you covered. Harvie is working hard to provide you with recipe suggestions, cooking tips, storage, and food prep resources so you won’t be scrambling to get dinner on the table.
Pick Up Locations
We offer pick up locations in Belgrave, Blyth, Clinton, Goderich, Bayfield and Grand Bend on Thursdays and Fridays. At the checkout, you can select the best pickup location for you. For more information on pickup locations Click Here.

Firmly Rooted is a small scale organic farm that produces vegetables on 3.5 acres of their 7-acre farm and serves Huron County. Tamara and Brian use the rest of the land to provide habitat to pollinators, and other beneficial insects and animals, and to grow other useful plants for food and for fun.
